Empire 8 Champs! Women’s Tennis Claims First-Ever Conference Title The women's tennis team won the Empire 8 Championship after the top-seeded Cardinals defeated second-seeded Nazareth College.

10/21/2019 - For the first time in program history, the St. John Fisher College women’s tennis team won the Empire 8 Championship after the top-seeded Cardinals defeated second-seeded Nazareth College, 5-0, on Saturday at Mendon Racquet and Pool Club.

10/18/2019 - On Thursday, Oct. 31, a presentation and screening will celebrate the 60th anniversary of Rod Serling’s “Twilight Zone.” The event begins at 6:30 p.m. in Golisano Gateway Midlevel and Basil Auditorium.

Pharmacy Weeks Puts Profession in the Spotlight Members of the Wegmans School of Pharmacy have a little fun while taking a group photo.

10/18/2019 - The Wegmans School of Pharmacy will join a nationwide effort to shine the spotlight on the pharmacy profession during National Pharmacy Week, beginning Sunday, Oct. 20. Designed by the American Society of Health-system Pharmacists, the celebration is an opportunity to educate the public about the role of pharmacists as members of the health care team and advance the profession.

10/17/2019 - Dr. Candice Gerstner, a 2006 alumna of St. John Fisher College, was among the recipients of the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE).

10/17/2019 - Last month, three School of Business students attended the 5th Annual Families in Business Conference at Cornell University. Joined by Drs. Carol Wittmeyer and Rama Yelkur, students Charles Holvey, Anthony Kousmanidis, and Andrew Callaghan represented St. John Fisher College at the event.

10/17/2019 - Sophia Sportelli came to St. John Fisher College to study early childhood education with a focus on biology. A native of Syracuse, New York, she described her first six weeks on campus as exciting, challenging, and welcoming.
