Thirteen New Faculty Members Join Campus

This fall, St. John Fisher College welcomed 13 new faculty members to campus.

The Psychology Department in the School of Arts and Sciences welcomed Jasmine Davis as a visiting instructor and Dr. Sara Goodman as an assistant professor. Dr. Jonathan Mertal also joined the School as a visiting instructor of media management. Dr. Thomas Kim takes on the new role of associate dean of arts and sciences.

At the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education, Dr. Anthony Chiarlitti will serve as a visiting assistant professor of executive leadership.

In the School of Business, Dr. Mohamed Mekhaimer joined the faculty as an assistant professor of finance, Dr. Nathanial Light will serve as a visiting assistant professor of finance, and Dr. Jiayan Li will serve as an assistant professor of accounting. Dr. Carol Wittmeyer was appointed interim associate dean and a visiting associate professor.

The Wegmans School of Nursing welcomed Dr. Desiree Branson, visiting assistant professor of primary care; Dr. Stephanie Brown, visiting assistant professor of child and adolescent health; Dr. Sarah Miner, assistant professor of community health nursing; and Melinda Zalewski, visiting assistant professor of pediatrics.
