School of Nursing Ranked Among the Best

Nursing Schools Almanac included St. John Fisher College’s Wegmans School of Nursing in its 2019 rankings of the best U.S. nursing schools.

The publication collected data on more than 3,000 institutions from across the nation, with only 6 percent making the list of the best public and private schools. The rankings assessed academic prestige, perceived value, breadth and depth of programs offered, and student success on licensure exams.

The School of Nursing ranked No. 60 nationwide among private nursing schools; No. 26 overall in the Mid-Atlantic region; and No. 10 overall in New York State. The ranking praised Fisher’s breadth of programs and featured the School’s successful NCLEX pass rates.
