“Great Colleges to Work For” Survey Hit Inboxes March 19
St. John Fisher College is again participating in the Chronicle of Higher Education’s "Great Colleges to Work For" program. Fisher was proud to be recognized as a 2016 Great College to Work For, and this next survey will allow the College to track its progress and gather valuable internal and external benchmarking from faculty and staff to become an even better workplace.
The program includes a voluntary and confidential employee survey—designed specifically for higher education—distributed to a sample of each participating institution’s full-time faculty, administrators, and exempt and non-exempt professional staff. The College has extended participation to 100 percent of its full-time employees, and invited a sample of adjunct faculty teaching on campus this semester to participate.
On Monday, March 19, employees should have received the survey, from Great Colleges, with the subject line of “The Chronicle’s Great Colleges to Work For 2018 Faculty/Staff Survey.”
Survey responses and honest feedback are critical to the assessment process. To ensure confidentiality, responses are processed by ModernThink LLC, a research and consulting firm focusing on workplace excellence. Fisher receives reports that do not allow any trace back to an individual response. The survey period ends on April 6, 2018.
