05/31/2024 - More work continues as the Lavery Library renovation and modernization project moves forward.
05/30/2024 - St. John Fisher University used a tremendous spring semester to maintain its year-long lead and win the 2023-24 Empire 8 Commissioner’s Cup, announced by the league on Wednesday, May 29. The Cardinals finished with a 0.844 composite percentage to claim their fifth straight E8 Commissioner’s Cup title.
05/29/2024 - In April, St. John Fisher University alumna Adrianna Carfagna ’23, ’24 (MNA) was given an Outstanding College Student Award by the Rochester chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
05/28/2024 - St. John Fisher University will host a daylong virtual conference for K-12 educators, administrators, and technology professionals interested in integrating generative artificial intelligence (AI) into their classrooms to enhance educational outcomes. “AI in K-12 Education” will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, via FisherNext, the University’s continuing education platform.

05/20/2024 - St. John Fisher University students, family members, and sport management faculty gathered at Oak Hill Country Club at the end of the spring semester to celebrate student and alumni achievements.
05/17/2024 - The Buffalo Bills are heading back to St. John Fisher University for training camp! Buffalo will once again hold its training camp in Rochester, as the team gets ready for the 2024 NFL season.
05/16/2024 - St. John Fisher University will join the United Collegiate Hockey Conference as a men’s and women’s hockey member effective with the 2025-26 academic year.
05/13/2024 - On Saturday, May 11, the St. John Fisher University softball and baseball teams both defeated Utica University teams to each claim Empire 8 Championship titles.
05/12/2024 - Each year, St. John Fisher University honors graduating seniors for their academic successes. Among the Class of 2024, 10 students who graduated in December 2023 and May 2024 were recognized for exceptional academic performance. These are the highest honors bestowed to baccalaureate students during their time at the University.
