07/02/2025 - St. John Fisher University earned the 2025-2026 Military Friendly® School designation, published by Viqtory Media. Fisher was categorized as a private university that offers a doctorate and was given a silver ranking. This is the tenth consecutive year that the University has earned this recognition.

06/23/2025 - This summer, St. John Fisher University will serve as host to a three-day conference that explores how the power of play, games, and gamification are transforming education, training, and knowledge mobilization. The Serious Play Conference, North America’s largest dedicated games and learning conference, will run from Wednesday, Aug. 13 through Friday, Aug. 15.
