02/19/2026 - Assistant Professor of English Dr. Jonathan Shelley and students Robert Campbell ’29 and Gloriann Perez ’29 recently traveled to Toronto, Ontario to present at the 2026 Modern Language Association Conference.

Returning classes may be starting to think about summer internships, brushing up their résumé, or drafting that first cover letter. 02/16/2026 - Adjunct Professor and Fisher alumna Liliana Rucci has returned to Fisher to teach and plans to continue a tradition by hosting a series of Cafecito events designed to bring students, faculty, and staff together to practice their Spanish in a relaxed, culturally rich environment.
02/13/2026 - In K–12 education, few practices are as essential — and as challenging to implement systemwide — as teacher clarity. While many schools strive to strengthen clarity in teaching and learning, leaders often find themselves without a roadmap for how to guide, sustain, and scale the work. A new book co-authored by Dr. Gina DiTullio, principal of School 46 and graduate of the doctorate in executive leadership program, aims to change that.

02/13/2026 - The School of Arts and Sciences Division of Humanities will continue its ongoing Dialogue in the Humanities series in February with a talk led by Father George Smith, CSB of the Department of Religious Studies, who will present “What can we expect from an American Pope?” The session will take place on Friday, Feb. 20, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Hughes Rotunda of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education and is open to all members of the campus community.

02/09/2026 - The Cardinal Health Fair, led by students from the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, aims to empower the campus community with practical and accessible health knowledge through hands‑on learning. It will take place on Friday, Feb. 13, from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Donald E. Bain Campus Center and is open to all students, faculty, and staff.
