Tasha Potter

Dr. Tasha Potter is an education professional with over 30 years of experience in public education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in liberal studies, a certificate of advanced study in building and district leadership, and an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership. Currently, she serves as the assistant superintendent for equity and access at Penfield Central School District, where she is dedicated to ensuring equitable outcomes for students through culturally responsive-sustaining education. In addition to her work at Penfield Central School District, Potter is the founder and CEO of BTP Accountability Partners, LLC. Her extensive expertise in education and her commitment to equity make her a sought-after consultant in the field.
