Why Attend?
Conflict is an inevitable part of any dynamic group. Learning how to effectively navigate and resolve conflicts is a valuable skill for personal and professional growth. This Leadership Lab aims to provide you with practical tools and insights to handle conflicts constructively.
Who Should Attend?
This session is open to all students but it is especially important to note that all E-boards are required to attend at least one Leadership Lab for the year. This ensures that our leadership teams are equipped with the necessary skills to foster a positive and collaborative environment within our organization.
