Lecture: I Was Never Meant to Fit In!

The lecture will give students the opportunity to hear from a black woman, who has graced many spaces being the only one or one of few and, in the majority, who was told at times she didn't belong, yet she never gave up. She will share her message of acceptance and being accepted and what it takes to be resilient and persevere through such times.
