Tai Chi Beginner Seminar

Honors Program students will teach the basics of Tai Chi including practical applications for meditation.

Tai chi is a traditional Chinese practice combining slow, gentle movements with deep breathing and meditation, often called "meditation in motion". It is a mind-body exercise that improves balance, flexibility, and relaxation.
