To apply to the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, submit the following directly to PharmCAS.

  • Online application to PharmCAS
  • PharmCAS fee
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions
    • Note: Arrange for PharmCAS to receive an official transcript from every U.S. institution you attended in the United States and Canada (if in English), including University Extension.
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75
    • Note: Cumulative and science GPAs of 2.75 are considered competitive. However, most students accepted to the program perform at a much higher level.
  • Optional Pharmacy College Admissions Test (PCAT) scores
    • Note: If you wish to have a PCAT score considered as a part of your application, you must arrange for Harcourt Assessment to send your PCAT scores directly to PharmCAS. The reporting code is 104. The final PCAT testing cycle will be offered during the 2023-2024 admissions cycle. No PCAT testing dates will be offered during the 2024-25 admissions cycle or beyond. All test-takers may continue to request Official Transcripts and Personal Score Reports through the Pearson website until February 2026. For more information, visit the PCAT website.

Incomplete applications will not be processed by PharmCAS or the School.
