Leading and training the Access Services Department (Circulation and Interlibrary Loan), providing research help and library instruction, training/workflows for Fisher Digital Publications.
A typical day:
Revise policies or workflows with the Access Services team, process interlibrary loan requests, work with Fisher Digital Publications, work at the Research Help Desk.
My favorite part of my job:
Learning something new and different every day, whether it is job-related or about a topic I'm helping someone research.
