Katy Festa Gordon

Katy Festa Gordon serves as the senior director of alumni and constituent engagement at St. John Fisher University. In this role, she leads a talented team focused on creating meaningful connections between alumni, donors, and the University, inspiring lifelong engagement and philanthropic support. Katy oversees Fisher’s comprehensive donor engagement and alumni relations programs, building strategies that celebrate generosity, strengthen community, and foster pride among Fisher graduates and friends. Whether through storytelling, events, or stewardship initiatives, she is passionate about helping others see and feel the impact of their connection to Fisher. Outside of work, Katy enjoys reading, spending time near the water, and sharing her home (and heart) with her cat, Kevin. Though not a Fisher graduate herself, she is proud to be married to Fisher alumnus Pat Gordon ’10.
