M.S. in Inclusive Adolescence Education
Dual certification as a teacher is just 16 months away when you enroll full-time in the master’s degree program in inclusive adolescence education at Fisher.
In less than two years, Fisher’s inclusive adolescence education graduate program will qualify you for initial certification in an adolescence education content area in grades 5-12, as well as certification to teach students with disabilities as a generalist. Certification is available in the following content areas:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Earth Science
- English
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Social Studies
- World Languages
Because we know you’re busy, all classes are offered online or in a hybrid format meaning you can work full-time while completing your degree.

Curriculum Overview
The graduate-level adolescence education curriculum explores the nature of inclusive education and provides a foundation specific to your chosen content area. You will develop the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to effectively teach all students, including those with exceptional learning needs.
Field experience and student teaching provide the professional experience you need to start your career both confident and prepared from day one.
The inclusive adolescence education curriculum is certified by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).
