Chef Joel will provide a cooking demonstration of Rasta Pasta, a dish that honors Caribbean flavors and culture. Rasta Pasta was created in the 1980s when a chef in Jamaica added creamy sauce to pasta and topped it with jerk-seasoned chicken.
