Bio

Carolina Saffie Robertson has worked at the School of Business since 2016, after earning her doctoral degree from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. She has served as an associate professor of human resources management since earning tenure in spring 2022.

Saffie Robertson has extensive teaching experience, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in human resources management (including Introduction to HR, Staffing, Compensation, Training and Development, and Performance Management) as well as courses in organizational behavior and leadership. She has published research in journals including the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Higher Education Quarterly, and The International Journal of Management Education.

She can discuss topics related to supervisor/employee relationships, gender roles (particularly in STEM markets), and employee management.
