Education Students Publish Children’s Books The Tutu Teacher Vera Ahiyya

11/30/2022 - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher University is dedicated to influencing future generations of students and educators. Two students, Vera Ahiyya and Jenna Tremaine, have recently written and published children’s books in an effort do just that.

11/29/2022 - Fisher senior, media and communication major, and avid skier Mitch Steedman has always had a passion for filmmaking and cinematography. “I always loved capturing myself and friends in action while skiing over Bristol Mountain,” he said. By combining his skiing hobby with his love for visual media, he found a career path.

11/28/2022 - Beloved alumnus and founder of the Fannie and Sam Constantino First Generation Scholarship Program Charles A. Constantino ’61 passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022. He was 83 years old.

11/26/2022 - St. John Fisher University graduate Dr. Kathryn Nesbitt ’10, a former member of the women’s volleyball team, made international headlines this month—making history as one of the first female referees in the men’s World Cup. She is one of six women refereeing in the tournament.
