Students accepted into the program will travel to Boston, Massachusetts, from Thursday, April 18 through Saturday, April 20, to network with successful Fisher alumni, explore career pathways, attend an etiquette dinner, and take in the sights of the city. Accommodations, air travel, meals (except snacks), and costs for structured free-time options will be fully covered for each student.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to explore various career fields, connect with successful Fisher alumni, and work towards crafting your career journey,” said Heather DiFino, director of career services.

To be eligible for the program, students must be enrolled and matriculating toward a bachelor’s degree and must be in good academic and conduct standing at the University. The online application process includes a résumé and 500-word essay that details a student’s career ambitions and how participation in Fisher Flight Plan will assist in achieving those goals. Only the first 50 applications will be considered, as space is limited. In-person interviews will be conducted in early February and selected students will be notified on Friday, Feb. 23.
