Fisher Earns a Place on WalletHub University Ranking

St. John Fisher University ranked No. 326 on WalletHub’s comprehensive 2026 Best Colleges and Universities. On the website’s Best Universities list, Fisher ranked No. 273.

The ranking assessed nearly 800 higher-education institutions in the U.S. across 30 key measures, including student selectivity, cost and financing, and career outcomes. It also analyzed student-to-faculty ratio, graduation rate, and alumni median salaries, among other metrics.

In an article announcing the rankings, WalletHub analyst Chip Lupo noted that the best universities in the U.S. offer world-class instruction.

“The best universities in the U.S. also rank as the best places to pursue higher education in general … the return on investment is well worth it, considering students can earn upwards of $900,000 more over the course of the first 20 years after graduation, compared to people who only have a high school diploma,” Lupo said.
