Lucy Malmberg, a friend and benefactor of the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, visited campus during Alumni Weekend for meetings and conversations with members of the Fisher community.

Malmberg, who received the President's Medal during Commencement in May, returned to Fisher to spend time meeting with students, faculty, and staff. She participated in a fireside chat, sharing her experiences as the co-founder, former CEO/board chair, and owner of Wedgewood Pharmacy, with students. In her talk, she discussed her dedication to advancing the practice of pharmacy and advocating for the profession as well as the patients and practitioners that pharmacists serve. She also toured the new Lavery Library, led by Student Government President Brooke Chase.

While in Rochester, Malmberg also attended the Fisher Forward celebration, which recognized philanthropists who supported the University's comprehensive campaign. Throughout the campaign, Malmberg has donated more than $1 million in scholarships, service trip and conference support, and technology upgrades to the School.
