Earlier this semester, St. John Fisher College’s chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) held their fourth annual alumni event.

The networking event fosters relationships between current students and alumni who have benefitted from the club’s offerings. It also helps ensure the success of the chapter by engaging with alumni who helped shape AMA’s growth.

Alumni in attendance represented companies including Butler/Till, Dixon Schwabl, First American Equipment Finance, Partners & Napier, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Manning & Napier, Triline Automation, and Morgan Stanley.

Encouraging its members to network has remained a focal point for the club.

“AMA is a great way to get involved on campus in your undergraduate career and can lead you to new destinations after your time at Fisher,” said Emily Risch ’20, a marketing major. “We’re looking forward to putting our networking skills to work at the international collegiate conference in April, where we can meet and collaborate with AMA students from around the world.”
