Stress Less Week Serves Up Ways to Relax and Unwind

May 1, 2023

The Office of Student Engagement and Leadership and the Health and Wellness Center are teaming up to deliver four days of events guaranteed to help students relax, unwind, and de-stress during the Culminating Experiences Week (formerly known as Finals Week).

Students make crafts at the 2023 Winter Fest.

Running Monday, May 1 through Thursday, May 4, Stress Less Week activities include crafts, therapy dogs, DIY crafts, and more. Visit the second floor of the Donald E. Bain Campus Center all week to enjoy puzzles, coloring, crafting; listen to music; or grab snacks and coffee or tea.
