Fisher to Honor Outstanding Accounting Alumni and Students

St. John Fisher University will celebrate the achievements of alumni and students during the Annual Accounting Awards Celebration on Wednesday, March 25, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. A networking reception will begin at 5 p.m. with the dinner and program beginning at 6 p.m.

During the program, P.J. Guisto ’89, executive advisor to Acclarity Group, will be recognized as the Alumnus of the Year.

John Heveron, Jr. ’69, principal, Heveron & Co CPAs, will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Young alumni Anna Moynihan ’16, ’17MBA; Robert Riggio ’15; Marissa Rozaklis ’17, ’18MBA; William VanApeldoorn ’18, ’19MBA; and Nicole VanThof ’14, ’15MBA will receive Rising Star awards.

Several students in the accounting program will be recognized for their academic achievements and have the opportunity to network with alumni, faculty, staff, and accounting professionals during the reception and dinner.
