Student Health Care Information
The Health and Wellness Center provides compassionate, high-quality medical and mental health services and wellness education to students. In promoting wellness, we also serve as a health and medical resource for the campus community.
Patient Portal
The Health and Wellness Center uses an online Patient Portal. All documents and information relating to immunization requirements, medical and mental health care services, and pharmacy delivery needs are housed within the Patient Portal. It is important that all students are familiar with this portal and how to access it. We encourage all students to sign in to the portal once they have obtained their Fisher network credentials. Please read your enrollment information for more information about your network credentials.
Immunization Requirements
All information regarding St. John Fisher University immunization requirements can be found on the Immunization page of the Patient Portal. Please review this page once you have your Fisher network credentials. Upload your immunization record directly to your Patient Portal.
NYS residents: The Patient Portal is linked to immunization information from the New York State Immunization Portal. If you have lived in NYS since birth, we likely have your records. Our team will verify your information and communicate through the portal. Please check your Patient Portal Messages for any communication.
All non-NYS residents: Upload your immunization record from your medical provider to the Patient Portal. Instructions for entering and uploading your information are on the Patient Portal Uploads page.
Providing immunization information is a critical step for enrollment. Submitting information early in the enrollment process will contribute to a more seamless transition to Fisher.

The Health and Wellness Center provides a range of medical and counseling services. We also offer the convenience of prescription delivery five days a week through our partnership with Wegmans Pharmacy. For more details on these programs, please visit our Health and Wellness website.
