Five Reasons to Love Alumni Weekend 2023

Fisher alumni are set to return to campus for Alumni Weekend from Friday, Sept. 22 through Sunday, Sept. 24

Among the reunion gatherings, campus tours, and awards events happening over the course of the three days, here are five reasons to love (and attend) Alumni Weekend.

1. Welcome Home Happy Hour
6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 22, Terrace at Tepas Commons (Donald E. Bain Campus Center)
Enjoy food and live music. If your graduation year ends in a 3 or an 8, reunion gathering areas will be set up for you and your classmates!

2. 75th Anniversary Gallery Exhibit Opening Celebration
10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 23, Patricia O’Keefe Ross Gallery in the Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center
Immerse yourself in Fisher history at the opening of the “Fisher Then and Now: 75 Years of Transformation” Exhibit and Opening Reception, in honor of the University’s 75th anniversary.

3. Fisher for Life Carnival
2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 23, Campus Center Quad
Carnival games and snacks for all ages.

4. Football and Fisher Alumni Village
3 p.m. (Kickoff at 4 p.m.), Saturday, Sept. 23, Growney Stadium
It’s football, food, and fun at the Fisher Alumni Village!

5. Fisher Family Brunch
11 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 24, Ward-Haffey Dining Hall
Enjoy time with friends and family in the No. 1 rated campus dining hall in New York State during the Fisher Family Brunch.
