Experience Three Days of Fisher during Alumni Weekend 2023

September 11, 2023

Calling all alumni! Registration is now open for Alumni Weekend 2023, three days of celebrations, food, and Fisher fun, to be held from Friday, Sept. 22 through Sunday, Sept. 24.

A group of Fisher graduates enjoy Alumni Weekend festivities.

Kick off the weekend with the Welcome Home Happy Hour from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday evening. Mingle with Fisher alumni from all classes on the beautiful Terrace at Tepas Commons, located at the Donald E. Bain Campus Center.

Begin Saturday immersed in Fisher history at the opening of “Fisher Then and Now: 75 Years of Transformation” Exhibit and Opening Reception, in honor of the 75th anniversary, beginning at 10 a.m. in the Patricia O’Keefe Ross Gallery, located in the Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center.

In the afternoon, enjoy the pregame Fisher for Life Carnival at 2 p.m. in the Campus Center Quad between Keough Hall and the Donald E. Bain Campus Center. Then, head to Growney Stadium for football, food, and drinks at the Fisher Family Village (opening at 3 p.m.) while cheering on Fisher vs. Wilkes University (kickoff at 4 p.m.).

It's a milestone 50th Reunion for the Class of 1973! Members of the class are invited to celebrate during the 50th Reunion Dinner and Pinning Ceremony, a special event to reminisce and reconnect. On Saturday, classmates will be honored at the 4 p.m. football game and enjoy festivities with their alumni family.

Additional milestone reunions are happening for graduation years ending in a 3 or 8! All reunion classes can catch up at the Welcome Home Happy Hour on Friday evening, reminisce with memorabilia and yearbooks, and enjoy a fall evening on the Terrace at Tepas Commons.

Close out the weekend with the Reunion Mass at 10 a.m. on Sunday in the Hermance Family Chapel of St. Basil the Great. The Mass will also honor those who have passed from the Class of 1973. At 11 a.m., enjoy time with friends and family in the No. 1 rated campus dining hall in New York State during the Fisher Family Brunch in Ward-Haffey Dining Hall.
