Panel Helps Businesses Plan for Transitions

November 7, 2025

This week, the St. John Fisher University Family Business Program will host a panel discussion, “How to Use Transition to Make Positive Impacts on Your Employees, Customers, and Community.”

The event will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13, at Nixon Peabody (211 High Point Drive, Suite 110, Victor, NY 14564). Tickets, which are available online, are $60 per person.

A well-crafted transition plan can do more than ensure business continuity. This program will feature insightful panelists presenting real-world experiences and expert guidance on navigating this complex process.

Panelists include Molly Unterseher, partner, Nixon Peabody; Christian Hancey, partner, Nixon Peabody; Chelsea Conway, CEO, Conway Beam Truck Group; Jack Doyle, president and CEO, Doyle Security Systems; and Ted Messner, president, Messner Flooring.
