About our Community
The students of the university are our top priority, and all Sunday and daily liturgies in the Hermance Family Chapel of St. Basil the Great are open to families of our students, the local community and guests at all times.
Because we are not a diocesan parish, we do not offer religious education classes, sacramental preparation for children, and our programming is student-focused and oriented to the university community.
Our 10:00 a.m. Mass is a congregation of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community guests.
Our 7:30 p.m. Mass experience, which we call Chapel Night, is student-centered and student focused.
Campus Ministry provides materials that will guide newcomers and non-Catholics through the rituals of Mass. Every student is welcome to attend Mass regardless of your faith tradition.
Chapel parking is available in lots A and M. Accessible parking and 1-hour parking for chapel purposes are located adjacent to the chapel. View the Parking Map [pdf].
