Orientation is designed to help make Fisher your home! You'll meet new friends, learn about campus life, academic and behavioral expectations, campus support services, and all that Fisher has to offer!

Incoming First-Year Student Orientation

Saturday, September 3 - Monday, September 5, 2022

Orientation for first-year students will begin on Saturday, September 3, 2022. Students will be assigned to an Orientation group of approximately 15 students led by two Orientation Leaders. In this group, you will meet fellow first-year students and learn about campus life, academic and behavioral expectations, campus support services, and all that Fisher has to offer. All first-year students should expect to be occupied with Orientation on Saturday, September 3 from 3 to 9 p.m., Sunday, September 4 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Monday, September 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.


Transfer Student Orientation

Registration for this event is found under the Visit & Registrations Tab of your Admissions Portal.

Option 1: Saturday, September 3 - Monday, September 5, 2022

Transfer Students interested in participating in the complete program will begin Orientation on Saturday, September 3, 2022. Students will be assigned to an Orientation Group with other transfer students led by an Orientation Leader. In this group, you will meet fellow transfer students and learn about campus life, academic and behavioral expectations, campus support services, and all that Fisher has to offer. Transfer students interested in this option should expect to be occupied with Orientation on Saturday, September 3 from 3 to 9 p.m., Sunday, September 4 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Monday, September 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Option 2: Abbreviated Orientation Program, Monday, September 5, 2022, 12 to 3 p.m. (lunch included)

Incoming transfer students will participate in Orientation on Monday, September 5 from 12 to 3 p.m. During this time, you will meet other new transfer students and learn about campus life, academic and behavioral expectations, campus support services, and all that Fisher has to offer.
