12/06/2022 - Student organizations and clubs at Fisher have always created a robust campus life. Over the last couple of semesters, Fisher students have continued this tradition by generating ideas for new clubs that will help students connect through shared and common interests.

11/18/2022 - St. John Fisher University students are teaming up to collect clothing, toys, and toiletries for non-profit organizations in the Rochester area. Donation collection will begin on Monday, Nov. 28 and run through Thursday, Dec. 8; bins will be placed throughout campus. Donated items for both organizations must be new.

Fisher Celebrated as Level Up Champion Badge: Level Up Champion - Giving Our Community a Raise

11/18/2022 - The Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) has recognized St. John Fisher University as a Level Up Champion for the Rochester community. The program encourages employers to make a commitment to wage enhancement by establishing at least a $15/hour starting pay for all employees in their organization. Fisher was among nearly 100 area employers honored for its involvement in the program during a one-year anniversary celebration held in October.

10/07/2022 - On Wednesday, Sept. 21, Dr. Marlowe V.N. Washington, senior diversity officer at St. John Fisher University was appointed by Governor Hochul to serve on the New York State Law Enforcement Agency Accreditation Council.

Survivor, Mental Health Advocate to Speak at Fisher Kevin Hines

09/26/2022 - Two years after he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Kevin Hines attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge. Since the Golden Gate Bridge opened in 1937, thousands of people have tried to take their lives by jumping; he is among only 34 to have survived.
