Log on to Fish 'R' Net

Log in to mySJF and select Fish 'R' Net. First time users will need to enter their Student User ID (@) and PIN (your birth date: MMDDYY), complete the Login Verification Security Q&A, and click "Submit."

Review Financial Aid and Accept Your Award

Accept Financial Aid

Go to mySJF > Fish 'R' Net > Financial Aid > My Award Information > Award for Aid Year > 2024-2025

  • Accept the Terms and Conditions first.
  • Within the Accept Award Offer tab, you may:
    • Accept or decline the Federal College Work-Study or Federal Direct Student Loan award (if offered).
    • Accept or decline each fund. To accept partial amounts, click Accept and type in the amount you wish to receive.
    • Submit your decisions.

View Outstanding Requirements

Go to mySJF > Fish 'R' Net > Financial Aid > Eligibility > Student Requirements

  • Verification Form
  • For tax filers:
    • 2022 Federal Tax information
      • Submit a signed copy of parent and student 2022 Federal Tax Return

Report Outside Scholarships

Go to mySJF > Fish 'R' Net > Financial Aid > My Award Information > Award for Aid Year > 2024-2025 > Resources/Additional Information

  • Report outside scholarships so they will be credited to your student account.

New York State TAP Grant

(New York state residents only)

  • If we have estimated a New York State TAP award and you have not yet completed a NYS TAP application online, please do so at www.tap.hesc.ny.gov/totw/.

Consider Your Financing Options

  • Review and consider your financing options, such as the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan, Private Student Loan Programs, and the Fisher Payment Plan.
  • Fisher Payment Plan information can be found on the Payment Options page.

Federal College Work-Study Program

  • The student is responsible for finding employment. Jobs are not assigned or guaranteed.
  • On-campus jobs will be posted in late August, including those for work-study. Check Handshake daily to see fresh opportunities.
  • Students are paid an hourly rate and will receive a paycheck every two weeks for the hours worked; work-study is not credited to the student bill.
