The Health and Wellness Center provides compassionate, high-quality medical and mental health services, and wellness education to students. In promoting wellness, we also serve as a health and medical resource for the campus community.

Services available at the Health and Wellness Center include medical and counseling services. We also partner with our community Wegmans Pharmacy for medication delivery to the campus five days per week. For additional information on this, please access the Health and Wellness website.

Patient Portal
The Health and Wellness Center uses an online Patient Portal. All documents and information relating to medical and mental health care, immunizations, and pharmacy needs are housed within the Patient Portal. It is important that all students are familiar with this portal and how to access it. You can use your Fisher network credentials to access the Patient Portal to enter your information and upload documents and forms as necessary. Please read your enrollment information for more information about your network credentials.
Immunization Requirements
To comply with NYS Public Health Law and meet the St. John Fisher University immunization requirements, all new incoming students taking at least 6 credits are required to provide Fisher with proof of immunity to measles, mumps, rubella, and meningococcal meningitis. We ask that you upload your immunization record from your medical provider to the Patient Portal.
Our current medical record is connected to immunization information from the New York State Immunization Portal. If you have lived in NYS since birth, it is likely we have your records. We communicate through the Patient Portal if we are missing information so please be sure you are checking messages from this system.
All non-NYS residents: We ask that you upload your immunization record from your medical provider to the Patient Portal. Instructions for entering and uploading your information are in the portal.
Providing immunization information is a critical step for enrollment. Submitting information early in the enrollment process will contribute to a more seamless transition to Fisher. Due before your first Health and Wellness Center visit
To ensure we are prepared to provide you with the best possible care when visiting the Health and Wellness Center, we ask that you enter the following forms and information into the Patient Portal prior to your first visit.
- Health History Form
- Insurance information (required for athletes)
- A physical exam (required for athletes; please see the information you’ve received from Athletics)
- Consent for Treatment and Privacy Acknowledgement
- Wegmans Pharmacy Prescription Delivery Form
