Counseling

The counseling team at the Health and Wellness Center provides free and confidential mental health services and resources to undergraduate and graduate Fisher students.

Counseling services include:

• Mental health diagnostic assessment
• Consultation
• Crisis intervention

Prescription Delivery Service

Prescription delivery service from Wegmans Pharmacy is available to all students. To use this service, complete the Wegmans Prescription Delivery Form which can be located in the student patient portal and call the pharmacy at (585) 586-7922 to make payment arrangements. Students will be emailed that their prescription has arrived and will provide a timeframe to report to the center to obtain their medication. If your student has routine prescriptions to be filled, you can utilize this service as well. Medical Excuse Policy

It is the student's responsibility to discuss missed classes with his/her instructor(s). For more information, please review the Medical Excuse Policy.

Confidentiality

All counseling and medical records are kept strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone without written permission or consent, except as required by law and professional ethics.

We offer an online release of information form which can be completed fully electronically. This is located on the patient portal under the forms tab.
