The Health and Wellness Center is located on the first floor of the Wegmans School of Nursing Building, Room 107.

General health services may be offered over a HIPAA compliant Zoom platform.

For in-person appointments, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. Please arrive to the center with your Fisher ID and insurance card (or picture of your insurance card).

Counseling

Counseling appointments are scheduled online through the Patient Portal. We offer Rapid Access appointments. These are 30 minute first-time appointments where students can connect quickly to a counselor. Please reference the counseling services page for more information on our services.

Mental health services may be offered over a HIPAA compliant Zoom platform.

Responding to an emergency

Emergencies may arise on campus. An emergency is any situation that requires an immediate response. If you are faced with a situation that requires an emergency response please contact the Office of Safety and Security at (585) 385-8111. The Safety and Security team is best prepared to respond and decide next steps.

If you are on campus, you can call 911. Safety and Security will respond if you call this number from any phone on campus. 

If you are off campus and need assistance please contact 911. 

If you are having thoughts of suicide and/or a mental health emergency, contact Safety and Security at (585) 385-8111 (on campus), contact 911 (off or on campus), or the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at either 988 or 1 (800) 273-8255.
