Medical Services
The team at the Health and Wellness Center provides no-cost and confidential health services and resources to all enrolled Fisher students.
Medical Care
The Health and Wellness Center medical team brings extensive experience in collegiate health care to support your well-being. All students have access to our confidential, services. While our primary focus is on treating non-acute illnesses and injuries, we are committed to helping you address a broad spectrum of medical needs. We are here to support your individual path to wellness. This may involve consultation or referrals to off-campus providers.
Our medical services include:
- Illness visits
- Sexual health concerns
- Non-acute injury care
- PPD placements and reads
- Bloodwork
- Community referrals
We advise all students to maintain connections with your primary medical provider and any specialized care you may be receiving. If you have questions about this or would like more information about specialized care in the Greater Rochester Area, please contact our office directly at (585) 385-8280.
After-hours care can be obtained at one of the local urgent care centers within the Rochester Area.
Not Feeling Well?
Please remember that if you are experiencing a fever of 99 degrees or above, you should isolate rather than attend classes or events.
Seeking prompt medical care or testing for illness may be an important first step in reducing symptoms.
