Lasting Legacies Deans Mike Wischnowski and Dianne Cooney Miner

06/30/2020 - This year, Dr. Dianne Cooney Miner, founding dean of the Wegmans School of Nursing, and Dr. Michael Wischnowski, dean of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education, are retiring from their deanships. But they won’t go far from campus – Dr. Wischnowski will return to the School as a faculty member and Dr. Cooney Miner will assume full-time the role of executive director of the Golisano Institute for Developmental Disability Nursing.

06/15/2020 - Graduates from the Class of 2009 and 2014 were invited to participate in the National Alumni Career Mobility Survey (NACM) through fall 2019. The effort was in partnership with the Career Leadership Collective, a higher education solutions group seeking insights and career satisfaction from colleges and universities across the country.

03/11/2020 - Dr. Tim Franz is certainly busy in his role as professor of psychology at Fisher. Franz is sought out as an expert in social behavior, work motivation, applied research methods, and group/team psychology, and has been quoted in several newspapers and magazines, including USA Today. In addition, he has authored a book on team development and articles for two dozen peer-reviewed publications.
