CARES Act Provides Direct Aid to Higher Ed United States Senator Chuck Schumer

04/13/2020 - St. John Fisher College joined the efforts of many colleges and universities in New York State to advocate for funding to support relief efforts related to COVID-19.

04/09/2020 - This summer, a group of middle and high school teachers will learn how to incorporate the study of Lake Ontario, and the streams and rivers that flow into it, into their curriculum. The new program—designed by a St. John Fisher College biology professor in collaboration with Genesee RiverWatch and Delta Environmental, Inc.—will connect teachers with tools and opportunities from local, state, and national resources.

04/06/2020 - For just over a decade, St. John Fisher College’s Investment Club has managed a portfolio of investments. In the last four years alone, the Club had one of the longest market peaks in recent history, only to turn downward at a rapid rate, due to the uncertainty brought on by COVID-19.
