Suggested Supplies for Health and Safety

In the return to campus planning for fall 2020 and with the focus of the health and safety of the campus as our top priority, the Health and Wellness Center team has compiled a list of supplies to bring to campus.

Highly Recommended Supplies

  • Thermometer (Can be found at local drug store or Amazon)
  • Cloth face covering/masks to regularly launder (2-4)
  • EPA-approved cleaners such as Clorox or Lysol wipes
  • Lysol spray
  • Hand sanitizer (one small (6 oz) to carry around, larger bottle to refill as needed)
  • Liquid or foaming hand soap (2-4 bottles)
  • Over-the-counter fever reducer/pain reliever
  • Sudafed (purchased from behind the counter at your local pharmacy)
  • Mucinex (Guaifenesin) 200 mg or 400 mg tablets
  • Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) 25 mg capsules or tablets
  • Sore throat lozenges/cough drops
  • Tissue boxes (3-4)

  • Vitamin D3 2000IU
  • Daily Multivitamin
  • Salt (for sore throat gargles)
  • Vicks Vapor Rub
  • Antibacterial ointment (Bacitracin, triple antibiotic)
  • Hydrocortisone cream
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • Ice packs
  • Band-Aids
  • Gauze/medical tape/Ace wrap
  • Stainless steel water bottle or tumbler for water
  • Gatorade
  • Cup-of soup packets
  • Saltine crackers
