This yearly, cohort-based program is open to NextGen leaders from family-owned businesses who want continued leadership development opportunities through a confidential peer roundtable experience. Designed for graduates of the NextGen Leadership Institute and select referrals, the program combines facilitated peer discussions with targeted learning to support real-world leadership growth in family enterprise environments.

Program Structure
- 9 Monthly sessions starting in January (no meetings in July, August, or December)
- 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Brief social connection at the start of each session
- 2-hour facilitated peer group forum
- 1-hour Lunch & Learn with targeted topics or guest leaders
- Maximum of 10 participants
- Professionally trained roundtable facilitators
