This mission statement drives everything we do in the School of Pharmacy. As a founding faculty member of the School, I have personally witnessed the growth and development of our School over the last decade, as it has advanced into the premiere School of Pharmacy in the region. Our experientially-focused curriculum, professional development programs, and international and domestic service initiatives prepare graduates to be culturally-sensitive, professionally-minded pharmacists of distinction. Partnering with every major health system and community pharmacy chain in the region, our program reaches into our community through experiential programs, community-engaged learning, and active engagement with the professional pharmacy community.

The Wegmans School of Pharmacy has built its reputation upon the commitment of our faculty and staff, and the hard work of the students we serve. Our graduates consistently achieve some of the highest pass rates in the state for first-time test takers on the national and statewide pharmacy licensing exams. In addition, the employment rate of our graduates remains outstanding as employers continually seek to hire the unique Fisher pharmacist our program creates. As a result of our high quality program and excellent outcomes, in 2016, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) awarded the Wegmans School of Pharmacy a full eight years of accreditation, the maximum number of years a program can receive.

I am proud to lead a school of such distinction and invite you to visit our campus and partner with us as we impact the future of pharmacy not only in the state of New York, but throughout the world.
