Wegmans School of Pharmacy Licensure Disclosure Information

St. John Fisher University’s pharmacy programs lead to a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. The designed outcome is to meet eligibility requirements for graduates to sit for the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX), the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE), and the Compounding Written and Practical Examination in New York (if applicable). This program is designed to lead to exam eligibility and not an individual license. State-specific requirements may vary independent of pharmacy school attendance.

Through good faith effort, St. John Fisher University has determined that Pharm.D. program meets the educational requirements in all other states. Specific state licenses may be more applicable or require additional standards. Licensure requirements, exam eligibility, and appropriate pathways are subject to change and may differ based on individual student backgrounds, including coursework taken outside the scope of the program.
