11/01/2023 - Four St. John Fisher University faculty members will share insights and summaries of their recently published books during Fresh Ink, scheduled to be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, in the lower level of Lavery Library.
10/26/2023 - During its annual celebration, the Rochester Education Foundation (REF) honored three St. John Fisher University alumni, including Dr. Marlowe Washington ’19 (Ed.D.), senior diversity officer at the University.
10/20/2023 - Did you know? The Center for Student Research and Creative Work supports student attendance and participation at professional meetings and competitions held during the academic year.
10/09/2023 - The First Friday Lecture Series returns this fall with an engaging lecture on the evolution of a Fisher education since the early 2000s. The panel discussion will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 3, in the James ’71 and Kathleen Leo Community Room in the Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center.

09/25/2023 - During Alumni Weekend at a special luncheon, St. John Fisher University honored 15 graduates who have been influential in serving communities. The celebration recognized Dean’s Medal recipients from each of the five Schools and graduates of the last decade with the Ten Under 10 Awards.
09/18/2023 - St. John Fisher University is among the top 200 institutions in the country, earning multiple spots on the U.S. News & World Report’s annual “Best Colleges” feature.
09/13/2023 - Born and raised in East Syracuse, New York, Jennah Ferrari ’23 found her calling at St. John Fisher University. Prior to attending Fisher, Ferrari knew her interests including education, psychology, and financial planning. At Fisher, she was able to explore career paths outside of classroom teaching, something that opened her eyes to the options available to her.
09/04/2023 - This fall, St. John Fisher University welcomes 17 new faculty members to its classrooms.
08/31/2023 - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education was recently recognized by the Association of Independent Liberal Arts Colleges for Teacher Education (AILACTE) for its Collaborative Education for Equity Partnership (CEE).
