Women in Family Business Initiative

The Women in Family Business Initiative is dedicated to fostering a vibrant community that empowers and celebrates women in the realm of family enterprises. Participation is open to everyone.

We recognize the unique challenges and opportunities that women face within this dynamic, and we are committed to providing a platform and education that propels them toward success.

On a Mission

A woman speaks with a microphone at a family business event.

We believe in the potential of every woman involved in family business, whether it’s at the forefront or behind the scenes. Our aim is to equip women with the tools they need to thrive personally, professionally, and within their business pursuits. Through mentorships, workshops, and resources tailored to the specific challenges of women in family businesses, we empower participants to reach their full potential.

Our program recognizes the significance of the female perspective in business. We champion the idea that the next generation can showcase how a diverse range of talents and perspectives can invigorate and elevate family enterprises.

Discussion of the complexities of the female experience within family businesses are embraced within this initiative. We offer a safe and supportive space for discussions around navigating gender dynamics, identity, and leadership. We believe that by addressing these complexities head-on, we can usher in an era where women are not just participants but also pioneers, guiding their family businesses toward innovation and prosperity.

The Women in Family Business Initiative is designed to provide the network, knowledge, and support needed to help women rise above expectations and lead with confidence.
