Dave, professor and chair in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, has been selected for the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy’s Academic Leadership Fellows Program (ALFP), a nationally recognized program that prepares pharmacy educators for leadership roles in higher education and academic pharmacy.

New Grant Advances Study of Pharmacist-Led Home Visits in Primary Care Gabriela Cipriano

03/10/2026 - Dr. Gabby Cipriano, associate professor of pharmacy practice and administration in the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, has received a research grant from the New York State Council of Health-System Pharmacists, Research and Education Foundation for her sabbatical research focused on the role of the pharmacy workforce in direct patient care through home visits.

03/09/2026 - This summer, the Wegmans School of Nursing, Wegmans School of Pharmacy, and School of Business will host academic camps for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in pursuing a career in nursing, pharmacy, or business. The camps are hosted by each of the Schools on the Fisher campus.

02/20/2026 - In summer 2025, Dr. Kathryn Connor, associate professor of pharmacy practice and administration in the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, spent her sabbatical in a land far, far away amid kangaroos and koalas; rich culture; vibrant cities with museums, markets, gardens, and winter festivals; beautiful coastlines; and the Southern Cross constellation, seen only from the southern hemisphere.
