05/10/2018 - Stacy-Ann Wright won’t earn her pharmacy license for at least another year, but the Wegmans School of Pharmacy student is already one of the profession’s biggest advocates. Seeing advocacy as important to the field itself, and a key responsibility for students, Wright began researching ways to be an active participant in broadening the scope of the profession.

04/26/2018 - On Tuesday, April 10, members of the Wegmans School of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher College set aside their laptops and books to spend the day volunteering at local organizations in Rochester.

Advocacy Day Takes Pharmacy Students to Albany More than 80 pharmacy students, joined by three post-graduate students, four professors, and five members of the Pharmacy Society of Rochester spent the day meeting with Assembly Members and Senators, providing advocacy aimed at advancing public health.

04/12/2018 - For the third year in a row, members of the Wegmans School of Pharmacy will snip, clip, or shave their hair in an effort to support local patients battling cancer. It all happens during the annual Bald for Bucks event, scheduled for 6 p.m. on Monday, April 16, at Shooters Bar (1226 Fairport Road, Fairport).

03/28/2018 - National and local health experts will share knowledge, resources, and advice on how to improve a person’s physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being during the annual Integrative Medicine Symposium hosted by St. John Fisher College. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, in Cleary Family Auditorium in Kearney Hall.
